Any use, copying, or distribution of the Invention is strictly prohibited. The Invention is for marketing purposes only and is not designed or intended for any activity constituting gambling or gaming and is not intended to promote gambling or gaming in any jurisdiction. Use of the Invention to engage in gambling or any contest of chance is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized or improper use of the Invention may subject the user to civil and/or criminal penalties.  PVM Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any unauthorized or improper use of the Invention. Any unauthorized or improper use of the Invention shall subject such user to indemnification for attorneys fees and costs required to address such unauthorized or improper use of the Invention.   App has limited functionality and uses mock/test data for marketing purposes only.  App does not collect or distribute any funds.
